2nd cycle advice. sust, eq, var, mast,Winny. help asap.

I strongly believe in taper up cycles especially for cutting.

I would start off with something like 400mg sust, add 600 mast-p at week 4, and 75 winny ED at week 8. Run until week 12.

Also, at 12% BF you will have a full visible six pack, which makes me think you're fatter than you think. You should probably cut natty until you have the six-pack, then use the cycle to shred up

But can i reduce the dose of sust to 200mg per week and add 250mg eq instead? because i dont wanna use adex on this cycle as i respond badly to adex and lose my strength even with a mere dose of .25mg eod. and if i dont use adex i get high blood pressure immediately. So i want to avoid it on this cycle and just decrease my testosterone dose. Is it ok ?

No... You need to control your test to Estro conversion from the beginning of cycle(Aromatase)... Have you tried Exemestane??? It's very hard(damn near impossible/ well real hard) to crash your E2 on this AI!

Your still totally shut down regardless if you run 200mgs or 500mgs... Yes it will have less sides but you always need an AI on cycle from the start! Some are the exception but BW will determine this factor... I strongly suggest dialing in your AI b4 you add all these compounds...

So you are saying i will require AI with 200mg test + 250mg eq ?
