Yeah C4 sucks... I got like a full tub just sittin here...

I used the old Jacked 3D(that was good til they changed it)... Right now I'm taking ON GS(1-2 scoops depending) but usually one will do... So I'm Syked to try the Neon(as my tolerance is down since cutting out caffeine and sugars) ore w/o is the only caffeine I use...

Yeah been using neon for a week now.

Bio I used GAT nitraflex religiously for a long time now. Pumps and energy are great..never built up a tolerance either.

    Just a thought?
Generally around 128/72- ish, on a day that I'm p!ssed or in a rush it may hit 136/84-ish. I have a blood disorder that makes my blood run thick and anticoagulants don't have much/if any effect on me (it's called Factor V Leiden), so I try to stay on top of my hematocrit. Earlier in the year when I was getting the nosebleeds, it was because of the dry air.
I believe a sinus infection is the culprit this time. I have all of the usual symptoms and pollen season is starting up here in SC. Probably go see the Dr. if it doesn't improve soon. Thanks for the input though, Hawk. Much appreciated.

A cleaner diet defo could help with lower BP, depending on your prior diet. Processed meats/foods generally have a buttload of sodium. Supplementation with Cialis is effective for pulmonary hypertension (which is different from systemic hypertension).
Pulmonary Hypertension Treatment Tadalafil (Adcirca) - Pulmonary Hypertension Association
Some people find L-arginine to be useful?

Hit it hard guys! Fever is just over 100°F right now, but if it drops a tad more I'll have a go @ lifting today. Have been eating lots of steak, potato, and homemade veggie soup. Just feel somewhat weak.
    Hope y'all have great lifts.

Busted my ass playing ball today. Turf field, the turf behind home plate was wet and I didn't know it. Ran home, tried to stop. . Feet went straight out from under me. Fortunately I landed on a cheek, not on my tail bone.

Unfortunately, my hip is killing me today. I can barely walk. I don't forsee any leg workouts for the next week or so :-/

Just back from the gym the place was empty so i did chest. RC ex and stretching and light cable fly for a warm up a few sets.

Incline db press 1 working rp DD

    Slight incline db press 1working 1drop +rp

    Incline smith 1working 1 drop + rp

    Pec dec 1 working DD

So the day when doing RC ex i never used any weight i just went through the movements no pain. When i do use very light weight 2.5-5kg i sometimes get pain.
So on all the pressing movements no pain at all so i never did any db fly's as i usually get pain from these. But on the pec dec i got the popping from the right shoulder but no pain av got the physio next wk so i'll see what they have to say probs not much but it was a great session had a right good burn going on.

    2. DB Heavy curl 1 feel 1 working(55s) DD(total 10-12 reps)
Into skull crushers 1 feel 1 working(isolated RP) DD w/RP

    3. Close grip cable curls 1 feel 1 working DD(all RP 10-12 reps)
Into triangle pushdowns heavy 1 feel 1 working RP DD(w/RP)

    4. Hammer preachers 1 feel 1 working DD(5 sec eccentric w/negs)
Into rope pull downs 1 feel 1 working DD(lighter weight 12-15 reps total) suppersetted w/dips to burn out

Yeh its the same over here man must be the weather it's been weird warm one day freezing the next.

    Legs was very light:

Started with hamstring machine 2 sets med weight but high reps.

Leg extension same as above got a bit of blood flowing nothing major.

Lunges 4 sets light weight felt good.

Then leg press 4 sets light weight high reps.

    Home to refeed

What's up boys and girls? Back from my skication in Jasper at Marmot Basin, damn what a trip it was. Just couldn't muster up the energy to hit the gym today, got home late and didn't sleep too well. I pounded in some nice separation into my quads with 5 days of hardcore skiing, they were burning non stop the whole time I was on the skies. I hadn't skied in over 20 years and by the third day we were blasting down black diamond runs like pros. Some of those hills did scare the crap out of me, so steep, but we managed. The views atop the mountain were amazing, especially the first two days when the sun was shining with clear blue skies, you could see out for miles into the Rockies. Need to get back on track, my diet wasn't the greatest and we drank quite a bit, so I will need to step it up a bit to get ready for summer.

Damn guys, hope dci and ag feel better!!!

    Back tonight

Wide grip pull downs 3 warms, 1 feel, 2 working, DD with negs

Low pully hammer strength 2 working 2 drops

high pully hammer same as above

Reverse grip pull downs same as above

    Hypers to finish.

Dam spring break...gym was insane today....Couldn't get much going. Still a good session.

Saw a guy, pretty damn big too, doing "hip thrusters" in the corner......but doing 425#!!! Odd seeing this done anyways but with that much weight was kinda crazy.

Hurt myself playing ball over the weekend so no lifting yesterday. Planning on chest/tris tonight. Upper body feels good so should be gtg.

Can't wait til the test kicks in. I'm excited to see how it feels.
