Thread: question about getting dry

    i dont take any kinds of carbs since im on keto. i drink a lot of water, have been doing walking on the treadmill "uphill", 3 times a week for 30-45 mins. i got adex from the pharmacy, could it be fake even there? i dont really count my calories since im always below 2500, usually i take around 250g of protein and the rest of the calories comes from fat.

    Pharmacy it should be g2g... Are you outta the states?

    I would find out your TDEE which will tell you how many cals you need to maintain, now depending on if you want to cut or not(which isn't a good idea on PCT(as you'll lose the gains youve made)... What is your actual goal?

    while im on the cycle id like to get skinned like a rabbit, and after that maintaining muscle, although on this diet i didnt get any gains while i was on the juice, im just getting more vascular and shredded. after around 3 months of "regenerating" id like to start another cycle and then just build slow but steady gainz.

    Gab, come visit the diet and nutrition sec as we can help sort you out... There's a thread that you post everything you eat in a day(very motivational) and the members will help you w/anything you need!

    cardio and a good training program will only bring you so far if diet isn't dialed In nice and clean... We all want the best for each other... So you'll get the help you need here...

    Yo gab, you dont have that much water retention, you still have alot more fat to burn like way more, so dont worry about water retention for now. Also if you add more muscle, you ll look more "defined".
    If you get rid of the water retention, it still wont make a difference, fat has your muscles covered. When i do caliplier it says i m 6% yet i dont have that much abs. Yours says 12, so you can guess the rest
