    Yeah that's what I'm going to do. I ate like shit for two days now I'm back on the keto diet but I upped my calories to 2000. Can I still gain muscle in a calorie deficient diet?

    Highly unlikely unless you're using grams and grams of gear, and even then it's not easy without butt loads of GH. And even then it's not easy, unless you're Phil Heath.
