    Yeah man im trying to be good on not going crazy with eating out and bring up my carbs and fats that fast but its hard. So what I have been doing is 1hr 30mins of low intensity cardio and 2 lifting sessions on the days I "cheat". Trying to counter act the day of eating like shit lol..

    Glad to hear about your comp buddy! Man, I've never done a show but as I'm learning(there's a ton of sh!t one needs to take into account) I've been reading a lot of Big Mikes Posts and it's crazy the amount one Needs to know in conjunction w/they're body, when to train, what/&when & to eat, etc! So many variables to steer one away from there course if action!

    You should grow like a damn weed at your current bf... I love carbs lol... But I'm gonna do say a trial run here soon but I won't compete(ROM doesn't even let me flex LOL
