    breaking my 16 hour fast with:

    8 oz of chicken thighs, lil cheddar cheese, homemade raspberry chipotle sour cream, all wrapped in a wheat low carb wrap.

    sweet pot with cinnamon and splenda

    What is liver aminos?

    I like to cook mine with a small amount of olive oil on in a pan on the stove.
