Totally craptacular lift tonight. Still storming here and the power kept going out. Mainly just got a pump in biceps and a quick flush into tris and had to head for the house. We' re on a well out where I live and if the power goes out the pump doesn't run.
Will get a better session on arms next go round.
Seated d'bell curls-2 w/u, Work-12, drop, 5, -3.5
Incline d'bell curls- 1w/u, Work-8,drop,3,-5
Hammer curl-3,drop,5
Triceps pressdown w/ bent handle-2w/u, Work-5,drop,3.5
19 minutes. Again, a crappy lift, but will get it right next time. At least I was able to grab a shower @ home instead of loading up my work clothes, etc. and hitting the shower at work.
There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...
