Some countries (such as Thailand) don't allow the importing of sterile glass vials.

I get around the problem by loading multiple syringes at the same time, and store them in the fridge. Should also add that they're kept in a locked box to prevent the curious from getting hurt and to ensure the syringes stay sterile.

My advice is do not decrease the frequency to 10 days. Fill multiple syringes from one ampoule, and store them them in the fridge.

Thanks everyone. I will try to import the glass vials, but it will take a long time to get where I live ... So in the mean time I will store at the fridge..

Changing to two shots a week seems unnecessary to me cause I already feel so good all days of the week and, also, I'm lazy haha
