I first noticed my shoulder pain when I playing fetch with my dog but it was very mild and I didn't gave it any thought. Then started working out more often and had pain when doing shoulder press and had clicking sound. Now I get pain when I'm doing bench and even just doing small movements like reaching for something or putting my hand behind my back to put a belt on, etc. I went to the doc, he said it's probably not your rotator cuff, just msybe some inflammation, so he prescribed me Meloxicam and I kinda noticed a little less pain but once I start doing dips or go heavy on bench, it comes back just as bad. When I was doing cycle I had no pain whatsoever. I heard Decca helps but hgh is best for fixing injuries.
