    It's not to bad. Just dangerous if abused or used incorrectly. And my sides are low because I'm low carbin it right now with it. Obviously if I was doing 500 or 600 carbs a day I'd probably feel a lot worse than I ever have on 100 or 200.

    I'm at about 300-400g of carbs and besides some short lived increase of heat it's really not bad for me at all.
