Disclaimer: I'm only half serious about this whole thing. But I'm serious enough to do some mild trolling. Mkay?
The two variables that determine the quality of a hypertrophy-focused training routine are Mechanical Load and Metabolic Stress. Training routines such as HIT, S&M, and 3x10 are great for inducing Metabolic Stress, but are totally worthless for Mechanical Load.
The stuff I do, on the other hand, provides the perfect balance between the two extremes, which will make me the next Arnold Karwoski Rezazadeh.
