I have written a peice on it and i know Metalject has lot of info on it around the forum. Mine is in a sticky i believe Metaljects is as well...read those threads and you will learn quite a bit. i have modified my way of thinking since the time i wrote this info but the basis are still the same, lots of guys around here have used it with success...
