Internet advice: I'm new but I have already read some amazingly dumb shit on steroid forums. Good advice? Sort of like a radio signal. There is some good music in there, but you can hardly hear it because of the static and noise.

I've also done dumb shit, to be fair. Recently even.

AI dosing? You can't say it's wise to keep it or wise to remove it as a rule of thumb. If you're prone to sides, then ****ing use it. If you're not, then don't use it. You'll want it on hand the first time, because you don't really know if you're prone to sides.

Case in point. I get gyno just from looking at porn. I see titties, and mine grow bigger. So one week of 400mg test cyp, and I'll be damned if my gyno didn't grow 20%. Unheard of? Then call me the statistical outlier.

Same case in point. Have several friends who front loaded 1g of test. That's 1000mg ghost rider. And no gyno whatsoever.

So just prepare for every possibility.

Or you can just be really intelligent about it, know that there are sides that are occurring you can neither see or feel that can be extremely harmful and manage your estrogen based off of blood work, not "sides".
Oh and if someone is injecting 5x the amount of test they would endogenously produce, I can comfortably tell them its wise to use an AI from the start.
