Products are methylated so that they can survive first pass metabolism (by the liver). This is strictly for oral products. Also I would think anything that was going to be injected would be pictured in a vial (like a steroid vial), not a dropper bottle with a dropper.

Well the good thing is you got the most effective form of oral b12 you can get so your benefits will be right along the lines of injectable b12, which is good.
