Ml doesnt matter. What matters is how many mg per ml your product contains. If your product is 1000 mcg per ml, then yes, 0.1 ml is 100 mcg. But how am i supposed to know if thats what your product contains? Doesnt it have a label?

    She said 1000mcg per ML.

The product has a label but all the label says is 15ml. Nothing more.
