1 PH cycle, 2 other test-e cycles but the test-e cycles were years ago now.. injured myself then travelled for a year so had a bit of time off, got back into training and now want a little boost.
I'm at 225lbs and 14% bf (approx) atm.. I don't want to be so big that I need gear to maintain ie go past my genetic potential.. just a little help to get there quicker. My ultimate goal is this guy.. maybe a LITTLE bit more mass..
What bf % would you say he's sitting at? 9-10?
I think if I cut i could look pretty close.. that's why I'm tossing up between bulk or cut..
NEW IDEA into the mix.. I'm only JUST in week 4.. what about a recomp for the rest of the cycle? 10 weeks eating around maintenance? Any opinions?
