Now I know these sentences are usually reserved for violent offenders but just so I understand do you mean that for anyone who violates the law? Do you believe that sentencing laws are fair and just in the United States?

Ofcoarse not any law..... I'm talking about pre-meditated murder. Or crimes/mirder a with intent to kill. The Muslim guy that shot a kid dead in my area as retribution for the Iraq/afghan war. He admitted he did it for that reason - he piled someone he thought was a "true american"
