First can't answer if dex is still good after a year....but I will say this...u do not have to mix the dex at all. Just shake and dose.

Usually dex would start .25 eod. But since u got bloods from last cycle. How was your E during the mid cycle bloods...also since ugl...was test dosed correctly would make a huge difference since now u will be using rx.

Yea I started out at .25 EOD and did that for a week then my nipples started getting sore. Which now I know that's normal at first of cycle. I upped it tho to .50 eod and got BW done week 6 and it came back I think in the low 40s on E2 senitive.

I would rather run it a tad high then low. I do not want gyno. That's really my big scared of running another cycle is gyno
