That is 4 meals and two shakes. Yes shakes have their place, but I cannot count them as a full meal in prep. Do you have someone helping you with your diet?

I have to drop the shakes 8 weeks out or I stay bloated. I guess that is what makes bodybuilding so individualOriginally Posted by Metalject
