    That is 4 meals and two shakes. Yes shakes have their place, but I cannot count them as a full meal in prep. Do you have someone helping you with your diet?

    Most of my preps have been 4-5 whole food meals with 1-2 shakes per day. Pretty standard IMO.

    I have to drop the shakes 8 weeks out or I stay bloated. I guess that is what makes bodybuilding so individual

    yes my coached made that diet I also do 25 minutes fasted cardio so I don't get to bloated
