My next run wil be much like what's been spoken about(I was going to run it this cycle but I would have made a big mistake and gone too high) I saw 'Rhoag' who had a log and ran I believe 150ish wkly and just his TRT dose and great results!

19nors fvck with cholesterol pretty badly. Atleast...... Everyone I know that touches Tren or deca has low hdl. Don't forget the omega3's.....

Appreciate everyone posting up the recipes/cooking info. I'll be making a grocery list on break tonight. I'm sure I will have to go by the grocery within a day or two. The wife can somehow generate a list every day or two and it never fails that she neglects to send a complete list. Always something.

I have a slightly different view than the others. If you tolerate the sides good of using higher end dosages of tren you can get remarkable size and strength gains but should only be incorporated within a short cycle. I'm not talking for recomping or cutting I'm talking about gaining size but be aware of sides but if the cycle is short enough you shouldn't have a problem

That's really good seeing how long this thread as been running.
I was talking to someone yesterday and he's well know in the BB industry and he told me I should open a Youtube channel and record my training sessions and do a voice over explaining what I am doing and then do Q & A video's but stay clear of steroid talk. He said he could get me sponsors for the channel. Wouldn't that be good I would really love doing that because I would show exactly how I train. For certain reasons and a small amount of close friends know this would be impossible for me to do but sounded great that I could express my training in video![]()

Well I'd be hitting legs today but I think I may wait a few more days to hit em - so that means I may be trying delts/traps today b4 arms to see if any increases in weight coming off a rest day... I can hit arms tomorrow and keep my 2 on 1 off schedule which is helping w/my weight(gaining good quality weight opposed to fat)
I did try to go to 14 days of drol pulsed - no dice - 12 seems much better for appetite

I will speak honestly and I don't mind if other disagree with my view but you don't need a coach., What do you need one for? everything from diet, training, designing steroids cycles, motivation and mind set is here on this forum or via pm with any of the guys who you think can help guide you but forums are the place to go to get information you require to build muscle, cut bf and produce a freak of nature.

Hit back today in the gym
Stayed pretty light for me just concentrated on stretching my lats and also making sure my mind muscle connection is firing on all cylinders for when I return pushing heavy.
Feeling ok and it was intense but not too heavy

I know most don't have a spotter..... Most of the time I don't either.
Yesterday tho..... I had my sis there for my back workout. At the peak of each rep I had her either pull my elbows back or try to pinch my elbows together. This helped a lot with pinching my back. That added inch to the movement gave me a way more intense burn.
As an example..... Say you're doing lat pull downs. I had her behind me helping to force the bar down a bit further. This allowed me to go heavier and hit deeper layers. This works with most pulling movements. It especially helps with rear delts on the pec dec.
Just some food for thought.....
I think your money would be better used someplace else rather than a coach right now. I can understand hiring a coach to prep you for a show..... But to gain weight you can do that on your own.Originally Posted by Doom44

Was supposed to take today off but I got in there for arms. Was a little pissed at myself this morning for having too much to drink last night. Felt like hell when I woke up so I took my ass in there to punish myself.

LOL, I hate waiting for the mail to run when I'm expecting a package. No package today, but we cut about 3 acres of grass, I hauled some stone (rip rap) I got for free, and I killed yet another copperhead, so the day wasn't a total loss.
Starting to wind down from third shift last night, so I believe I will be crashing after I go pick up some lunch (steamed chicken and veggies for me, kung pao for the wife). Think I might take my male mastiff with me. The closest town is very small, roughly 1200 people, and he always like to bark at each and every one of themIt blows their mind to see 270+ lbs. of mastiff with just his head hanging out the window.
Attacking the back late tonight/early tomorrow morning.
Edit: Sfla, since you are the resident anabolic chef, please post up more recipes when your time permits. I've already got my list made to try cooking the fish w/lemon, cilantro, peppers, etc. Think I will try it on the grill first, since we cook on the grill fairly often.
Also have some.of the Old Bay seasoning Igi mentioned on the list to give it a go on some tilapia.
