Dont be so concerned with the final HP & TQ numbers and spending a few extra grand. Sure, anyone can have 600 hp at the rear wheels, but only a good tuner can make your chosen set-up run well in all driving conditions (i.e. at idle & throughout the RPM band). If the tune is crap, you'll be very disappointed with how the car drives. What good is saving 3-5K if the car runs poorly after the install...
