    The more years I put into the gym the more thicker, grainer and bigger muscle bellies got. The longer you have been hitting it hard the body responds and gives you the maturity and a certain look in the muscle. It pays you back for all the hard work but it takes years. You also learn how your body responds best to diets, drugs and training and you adapt to what suits you the best and this also drives that look you talk about.
