    I will go different way here, i would do breathing squats 20 reps...legs respond very well to higher rep regiments...

    Absolutely do. Especially if you can handle decent weight while doing so....

    Been doing this for years. Mainly to prioritize calfs that I lack , secondly I cannot do anything after killing the quads

    I only need 2 exercises to kill my quads. Squat heavy and high reps, drop setting last set. Leg extension, heavy 15-12 reps, drop set last one till you cant stand the burning pain in quads, then doing 5 more reps with that burning pain. Cant even climb stairs afterwards

    Always allow 3 hours of digestion before you try something like this.
