Been doing this for years. Mainly to prioritize calfs that I lack, secondly I cannot do anything after killing the quads

I only need 2 exercises to kill my quads. Squat heavy and high reps, drop setting last set. Leg extension, heavy 15-12 reps, drop set last one till you cant stand the burning pain in quads, then doing 5 more reps with that burning pain. Cant even climb stairs afterwards
Always allow 3 hours of digestion before you try something like this.
