Things went fairly well this evening. I hit a couple of new weights. Nothing like you guys are moving, but good for me. I swear every time I walk by my "supplement" stash I hear it talking to me and of course my Dr. is taking off the day I did have scheduled for my 6 month appointment and bloods. Rescheduled for 1 week later, so that is just a bit more time for me to prime/carb cycle.

After that however I will "alter" things just a smidge for a short period.
Little bit of lower back and leg stretches and more broomstick stretches. LOL, chest is still talking to me.
Crunches- 2 x 90
Leg extensions- 2 w/u, Work-15+,drop,8+,drop,7+
Hacks-1 w/u, Work-11-5-3. Little to no knee complaints. I will add a quarter/ side next time and see how it goes.
Reverse hacks- Work-10-5-4. I do these in my angled leg press so the weight I'm moving isn't impressive, but I did bump it up to 400# today. It was kind of nice seeing a couple of 100# plates hanging off each side

I did see spots after these but managed to keep good strong breathing going. Of course, the bracing just kicks @ss.
Seated calf raises- Work-14+,drop,10+
Standing calf raises- Work-14-8-6. New weight.
Leg press- 1 w/u, Work-7-3-1. New weight on these. Again it's light for you guys but I am moving 600# for good,solid reps. I make sure I bring the weight down until my lower back almost starts to round up somewhat. Saw spots again and short on air but I survived.

Leg curl-Work-15+,drop,7+,drop,11+ w/ a long 20 count hold on last partial. Very painful.
41 minutes not including stretches and crunches.
Arms are next in the rotation, so I think after that I will do a pull back for 1 rotation of body parts because I feel beat down just a little bit.
Edit: My walk is more of a waddle right now so this had to be productive.
