I'm 6 foot tall 260 pounds 30% body fat. I'm doing the high intensity training for my work out five days a week about 40 minutes 45 minutes for some days and then 30 to 40 minutes of cardio. I got sick a couple years ago got depressed and just let myself go although I did always manage to work out, but I still got super fat. I was at 270 35% about 4 weeks ago. I'm eating 2500 cal a day trying to lean down, my goal is 20% bf. Is this too much food?
About 4 months ago I found trt and it changed my life. I was always tired, no libido and I'm 33 never thought it was something like this. But now I'm really starting to notice the positive effects. Including increased energy, before trt there would be no way for me to do this type of training.
The last couple weeks all I did was read this dungeon, and I have to say thank you guys for putting all this out there you guys are really inspiring to me. I'm finally getting my shit together and doing this work out makes me feel incredible I'll continue to post as I make progress thanks again.
Good work. That may not be enough food actually. You don't want to try to lose too fast. You'll have a rough time holding onto or building muscle. We're roughly the same height and weight and I'm closer to 3000- 3300 cal. If you read through the thread or search the thread, look for Marcus' posts on carb cycling, it may prove useful to you. However, if you are losing 2-3 pounds a week, you are losing weight at a decent pace.
Glad you joined in the thread.

There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...
