Is your dex PHARMA(tabs or RC)... That's a lot of dex - what's your bf%?

Either your E2 is elevated which is making your prolactin elevate(but w/my dex of prami I'd beknocked out lol - Are you feeling nauseous from the prami(tired etc)?

BW wil tell you what's going on...
My dex is liquid and from same source as prami.

When I take prami, I do fall asleep quickly but I would wake up in middle of the night and can't go back to sleep. And I do feel nauseous and tired as hell for the first few hours I'm up.

I wanted to wait till 6 weeks for BW but I might just have to do it now.

What about letro? I know it's not a serm but allot of people swear by it and my guess keep it on hand for this type of situation.

That's a typical side of prami(the nauseousness sleep etc) - idk much about letro but an AI will not reverse gyno(it will help keep it at bay as controlling your E2 is the way)... Letro is harsh so be careful...
