Thanks Taxman... I follow a shitty diet, however i have come up with a new diet plan, hopefully I will follow this at least for few months.

wake Up: 6 AM

. Empty stomach - Normal Water
Animal Cuts
Aziderm & Minoxidil application


Breakfast: 9 AM

· 5 egg whites
· 150 ml skimmed milk approx 1 glass
· 10 almonds
. 2 brown bread omelette
*Duta 0.5 Mg

Mid Morning brunch (11 AM):

· Fish OR chicken 100 gms
. Whey protein (30 gm)Shake
· An apple
Muscletech Multivitamin, Supradyn, Androanagen

Lunch: 1:30 PM

· Chappati
. Fish/grilled chichen 100 gms
. banana


Snacks(~ 4:00):

· Protein powder (Meal Replacement)
. brown bread with Peanut butter (~two table spoon)


Pre Workout: 6 PM

· 2 eggs white
. 100 gms of sweet potato or a banana

NAC => Mucinac 600MG / Liv 52
Omega-3
Aromsin 25mg EOD


Stuff

Post Workout: 8 PM

· Whey protein
. 5 boiled egg whites
