Now, until you've done it their way, don't knock it. It's like taking a shower after a shit, IMO, way cleaner.
I spent 2 years in the ME and eventually found myself without toilet paper, had to result to the hose. It's the cleanest I've ever felt after using the washroom. I got to the point when id return home I'd only use baby wipes or have a shower afterward because I just felt cleaner.
Ask your Marine buddy what he did in combat when he was without toilet paper? One can only carry so many "shit tickets" in their ruck before they are out of room for the important stuff lol.
And there are Left handed Arabs, the whole left hand thing disrespect thing isn't like you think. Unless you are trying to piss them off somehow then they don't care.
