I take it right b4 I leave to go to the gym(10min ride) and just stretching I'm drenched - NOexplode you may like I like the pump w/that one and Neon Pre
If you don't do well with strong pre-w/o's try putting like 3 instant coffees in your shk - I've built up a pretty good tolerance, unfortunately... Just try to get by with what works(I don't use ephedrine/Albut nearly all the time but it's a great tool for intensity imho, when you use it... Maybe on days your more sluggish - many just use coffee - lots of it
