That's what i said 500 mg of test a week and 400 mg of trem a week . 250 mg of test twice a week 200 mg of trem twice a week not 1 gram sorry for the misunderstanding. I think hcg on cycle its nood a good idea like piana said.
I going to get my blood work done on monday 2 weeks before my cycle, during and after.
I believe on rich piana advice what your opinion on rich?

He's an idiot!

He doesn't tell you that he uses HCG as a bridge between cycles meaning he's never off! He claims to be but i don't think so...

But... Why would you want to add in a suppressive when your trying to recover??? Doesn't make much sense now does it?! Run it on cycle - it helps keep function of your testes which in turn creates a better chance for recovery as your testes are the last to respond! It also stimulates your leydig cells which aren't never ending - and very important is that it is an LH mimitec which we need to maintain functionality of testes!
