What kind of Protein drinks is better

Just wondering which protein drink you guys prefer. I normally used BioTrust Low Carb Protein | BioTrust Nutrition | Low Carb Time-Released Protein Powder but just wondering if there is something better out there.

They have an awesome orange cream flavor and it's got some good carbs and BCAAs too. ON also has BCAAs.

Currently using American Whey, because it by far the most affordable isolate available.

    This stuff Bona?

whey isolate | us whey | whey protein | cheap protein powder

If so, great pricing! Any flavor issues? Ones to avoid?

I've been an ON fan but pricing with this product is fantastic.

    Thanks,

    Thanks,
I just stick to chocolate with almost any protein powder. The taste is ok, but nothing to write home about. They've been around for a long time (I first ordered from them 7-8 years ago), but don't advertise.

I see where you can order sample packets for about $8 on their site. I may try that out. The ON I use I get at Costco for about $60 for a six lb bag, which is a good deal for ON, but it does not compare to that price.

Your taste buds maybe more particular. Let me know if YOU like it. Bonaparte's wasn't s ringing endorsement. Thx!

I buy expensive stuff bc I don't drink as much and am girly. I like things with good taste. I won't deny that.

I agree taste is important! But being on a clean diet, anything that even closely resembles chocolate it a win win!

When I use shakes I use something with low days and low carbs. On Whey gold standard is pretty good. I mix oats in, blend, and drink. Easy way to get the added carbs.

Fvck milk, ice, and any other additive to make it taste better. I don't drink the shakes for taste. I pound em down fast..... Just as they were meant to be taken.

It's a supplement for you. It's a meal to me so I add the ice, blueberries, chia seeds and even whipped cream with my new favorite cherry

Why not just make patties of that mix and cook them on the stove in to like chicken pancakes?

According to Derek Poundstone (wsm competitor) you can get more chicken in when you blend it with water and drink it.

In line with Hazard's chicken protein drink:

Olympian Labs Inc., Beef Protein Isolate, Chocolate, 1 lb (456 g) - iHerb.com

Beef protein drink - it's actually not bad. I'm not a fan of protein drinks and prefer real food, but this is interesting stuff.

Same here except I buy their WPI and nighttime blend. I usually go heavy on the flavor option in case I add instant coffee to the WPI.

I'd rather get the unflavored protein powder - either isolate or hydro isolate - you can make it taste as you wish(mio) or add it into your oats w/out kertling(yuk) etc and you can add mio in your oats or anything w/out taste...
