As for cheat meals, i eat whatever the hell i want on weekends now but with limits. Weekdays are strict. I guess this is why ive been stuck at a constant 190. Lol. Considering i bulk, what would be the diffrrence if i were to bulk and lift vs bulk and not lift. Aesthetically of course. Considering i eat the same in both scenarios. Its a stupid question but again, ive never bulked.
do you eat whatever you want all weekend or just for one meal?

Depends. Generally whatever i want but its still clean foods like barbeque (pork chicken and beef), protein sludge with lowfat yogurt, cheese, etc. I might even eat less at times. One thing that does concern me is that this past week has been an absolute shiet show with dieting. Ive drank like a fish, and eaten out left and right. I still manage to maintain weight or even go down justtt a little. Is this something to worry about? Also, got recent bloodwork from a general checkup and my TSH is on the lowest end of the normal range. Has all this dieting made it harder for me to gain weight? Or is that even possible?

Are you measuring your food to keep track of your daily macros?
