    A snack is a meal in our cases, no differentiating.

    You aren't going to make any significant changes to your metabolism by eating 20 times a day over 6. I'd go mad trying to fit all those meals in and I'd be hungry after every one.

    Maybe start counting your macro's too. It's easier to make adjustments that way.

    This, there's a thread here someone explaining it in more depth, but the amount of caloric burn due to food is due to caloric consumption and the macronutrient breakdown (protein has a higher thermogenic effect) but it's not going to make a difference whether you eat all your calories in one meal, 3 meals, 6 meals, or 66 meals.
