Morning guys and girls going for a session in a wee bit but don't know what to do lol. Chest or tri's both are needing done as you know i only do one muscle per session as this is what works for me as i can go all out and don't need to keep anything for the next muscle.
I might just do both the day though as the elbows are a bit sore so might not be able to do much on tri's anyway.
I'll report back later and av got ma mri the day as well.

- you pull some insane weight!(I remember you doing T-bar rows and warming up w/4-6 wheels more than my working set for damn sure(well at least the latter)
