No, only antiretrovirals that help slow down the progression. There is actually no 'cure' for any virus. There was one documented case of a positive man who had the virus eradicated after a bone marrow transplant for an unrelated issue. This is the only case I'm aware of. Look up "The Berlin Patient".

Yeah I remember reading about him. It was the combination of many surgeries and treatments I believe. More of fluke than anything. If we could replicate the effects though...
