No, only antiretrovirals that help slow down the progression. There is actually no 'cure' for any virus. There was one documented case of a positive man who had the virus eradicated after a bone marrow transplant for an unrelated issue. This is the only case I'm aware of. Look up "The Berlin Patient".

Yeah I remember reading about him. It was the combination of many surgeries and treatments I believe. More of fluke than anything. If we could replicate the effects though...

No, but the drugs can slow the disease progression down enough that he'll die of old age before actually developing AIDS.
