Is it necessary to take T4/T3 with 3-4 iu hgh per day ?

I've read that it does make a difference.

It will not **** up my thyroid right ?? Will it recover once i stop taking t4? Cause some one told me it could lead to permanent damage and then you would have to be on thyroid medication for life..
