Ate some bread and garlic knots this weekend. Sucked, it took so long to get to the restaurant sat I was starving and couldn't help myself. I have sugar close to very good, I just have to cut it down in my tea's. I crave sugar so much, so hard for me to give up but Im trying hard. Cutting going well.
