Man sweet potatoes plain are great I look forward to my sweet taters(I microwave.... But I'd rather bake em on 400* for 20-25min at a time then flip for about an hr) I poke holes in them to get the center nice and mashed, too! They start to ooze when finishing up... Love them plain

I love them plain too... With 4 tablespoons of butter haha!!
