90% of the people today would have stopped right there and been happy as heck to of lost that much weight. (Which was a hell of an accomplishment!) But for you to have taken your body to another level, or two, says a lot about your character as a person. Congratulations brother!

Great to see such results, very motivational..
Thank you brother. Trust me - if you ever come across any of my older threads, posts, etc. you will see my struggle. I feel like I've been through hell and back with this gatdamned bodybuilding, lol. I came close to giving up SO many times ... thought I'd never grow ... never have the look I desired. And to be honest, I still don't - but I've come to accept what I have to work with, and realized that I am never going to be a 250lb mass monster, but will work to be the best ME that I can. Still a work in progress, but I feel I have finally achieved somewhat of an appreciable look.

All this to say - keep up what you're doing. As long as you have a passion and desire, you can't fail.

Thanks a ton, Strong - means a lot. Yes, I was happy when I got there ... just to be under 200lbs was huge for me. Funny how now, I freak when I get down to around 200lbs, lol.
