Generally on your first cycle everyone recommends running only test. And if your goal is 10-15 pounds you'll reach that easily with just test. If you do end up running the dbol dont be afraid of the water weight... you'll still be lean as water weight has no effect on your body fat percentage and at the end of the cycle you just end up pissing it out and your left with solid gains... As long as your diet is in check.
