    What would be the best thing to take for muscle cramps? My legs like to cramp up a lot especially after physical type work?

    Hot bath with Epson salts helps also.

    I think you already said you do but make sure you supplement with Vit D. Most of us dont get enough.

    I switched to Dead Sea salts. Epsom salts so 2008. :P

    Yes that's true, I do like Dead Sea salts. Every once in a while you can find good deals on it.

    Magnesium deficiency is usually the culprit.

    Really dehydration is the culprit but low magnesium can exacerbate the problem. Add calcium water and as stated above magnesium for a quick fix, then mak sure you keep yourself hydrated daily so you don't get to the point of leg cramps.

    i would also rec 2g taurine ed. great not just for that but many other things. its cheap in bulk powder too. i use it daily
