From what i know they will just test for the presence of the hormone in the body, not the actualy ester, so if you have a medical note/prescription you should be fine.

Right, from my internet research they'd need to do a plasma blood analysis to detect the ester or hair sample.
Furthermore I found a study showing that 100mg of test undeconate was only detectable for 18 days. Which leads me to believe that the ester test couldn't detect less the remaining testosterone undeconate which was 46 mg according to the half life calculator.
So in 35 days my test E shot of 600 mg will be down to 40 MG according to its half life..... However that's assuming my liver broke down the half life same as the people in the test
