At 5'9" and 10%bf? Get out of here. He's at 10% bf, his diet is obviously in check.

I am 5'6,and right now I'm 192 lb,16-18% bf.In August last year,when my diet was in check,i was at 180-185 at 13-14%. I never said at 200 he will be at 10% bf,but 13-15% very easy!
