Op, you seem to be searching for short cuts to quality nutrition. Nail down your diet and you don't need any other crap (other than test) at this point in your training.
Thats understandable.
I am dieting at a good pace.
Its not a "vets" diet or anything on the lines of that, I like what I like but healthly none the less.
I wanted to go the easy way out with the fat loss but now I am not.
Revamping my diet and routine will do that for me.
I just want a muscle/boost at this point which is why I am just going to run test with AI's this time.
