No, dont compensate by doubling the dose.
If you miss a dose wether it is an injection, an oral or your AI or PCT, dont worry about it just continue on the dose you have been using, no need to double it.
You can adjust your AI on cycle if needed when you get mid cycle bloodwork done, otherwise your just guessing.
