Thread: Rookie here needing advice please! First cycle at age 24 a good idea?

    I don't see anything wrong with starting a cycle at your stats, other than not being educated on AAS. Use the next several months to read through this forum and gain as much knowledge as you can before you start anything. Start by reading through the posts that Xv1d posted above. You can also head over to the training/workout forum for advice on how to hit your chest. Sometimes it is, in fact, a genetic thing. I also have a lagging chest, and I've tried dozens of ways to train it over the years. It has made improvements, but nothing like the rest of my body. My father also had a lagging chest. Oh well, I still bench press over 400 lbs., so I'm not worried lol!

    I'll second that, I see too many people in the gym who spend their time on chest and arms but I never see them in the leg area. Get in there and give the legs a good work out and it will pay dividends in the long run.
