i believe I'm just gonna go prop, that way I don't have to deal with all these different injection frequencies and starting things at different times. I'll just run the test prop eod and tren a eod. seems like the way to go with less headache.

Good plan. I would go with 70mg EOD of Test Prop and 60mg EOD of Tren Ace to hit close to your planned weekly doses.
