    It a secret....LOL....few things, one they will sodium load the body and when the pickles are dropped 1-1/2 days out from stage time the elimination of sodium will draw out the fluids...but also the extra sodium through the dieting process will keep the muscle bellies fullness at a maximum level even through reduced carb diet. Also the intracellular fluid will also help maintain the muscle strength...this is it in a nut shell...
